My sessions are relaxed and gently guided, creating space for authentic moments to unfold naturally. While we’ll absolutely capture a few classic portraits together, the heart of the experience is documenting the love, joy, and connection you’ll want to remember years from now.
Family sessions are available in my Alexandria, VA studio or outdoors during select seasons throughout the DMV, while newborn sessions take place in the comfort of your home to preserve the intimacy and connection of these early days.

After booking, you’ll receive a detailed session guide filled with wardrobe tips, preparation advice, and everything you need to know leading up to your session. We’ll also meet for a personalized Zoom planning appointment to talk through styling, artwork goals, and the overall feel of your portraits so every detail feels thoughtful, relaxed, and true to your family.

About 2 weeks after your session, we’ll meet together in person or over Zoom for your portrait reveal and design appointment. This is where you’ll see your images for the first time and choose the portraits that feel most meaningful to your family.
Together, we’ll design custom artwork and heirloom pieces created to be enjoyed in your home for years to come. From framed wall art to albums and digital collections, I’ll guide you through the process so everything feels simple, personal, and beautifully cohesive.
