A child portrait session with me is all about capturing your child’s true personality—while keeping the experience light, relaxed, and fun! As a DMV child photographer, I specialize in working with children ages 2 to 12, focusing on real, genuine moments that feel just as joyful and natural as childhood itself. My style is a blend of lifestyle and documentary, resulting in images full of laughter, movement, and connection. You don’t have to worry about your child “sitting still and smiling”—we embrace the giggles and the wiggles, because that’s where the magic happens.

I believe every child’s personality deserves to be seen, celebrated, and remembered. Whether your child is outgoing and energetic or more quiet and thoughtful, our time together is designed to help them feel completely at ease. My in-studio sessions are intentionally simple, creating space for them to be fully themselves—because they’re only little once.
To reserve your session, there’s a $350 non-refundable retainer. After your session, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase printed artwork and digital images separately—so you only invest in what you truly love.

From Day One, You’re Supported.
My goal is to make sure you feel 100% confident about every part of the process—from the moment you book until your artwork is in your hands. Once your session is reserved, you’ll receive a helpful Session Guide filled with wardrobe tips, session-day details, and answers to common questions.
Two weeks before your session, we’ll hop on a Zoom call to go over everything, meet “face to face,” and make sure you feel totally prepared. And if anything new comes up along the way—I’m always just an email away.
The Session Itself: Joy, Music & Movement.
On session day, your only job is to show up with positive energy and encourage your kiddo to have fun! I’ll handle the rest. Through gentle direction and a playful approach, I’ll help your child feel comfortable enough to show off their one-of-a-kind personality.
We’ll play music, let the kids be kids, and create portraits that are filled with laughter, movement, and connection.
The Final Step: Art That Lasts a Lifetime.
About three weeks after your session, I’ll let you know your images are ready for viewing! We’ll schedule a personalized image reveal and ordering appointment so you can choose your favorite photos and the artwork that fits your home.
From wall art to albums to matted prints, everything is customizable—and archival quality. Within four weeks of your order, your artwork will arrive, and I’ll personally deliver it to you. These portraits are meant to be lived with, loved, and passed down for generations.
